Advanced Practice Provider – APP – Urgent Care
Qualified NP or PA to work PRN/Fill‑In shifts at our Express Clinics in Mt. Vernon and Centralia, IL.
Minimum Qualifications- Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program.
- Two (2) years of NP or PA experience specifically in urgent care, occupational medicine or primary care.
- Current PA/NP licensure in the State of Illinois.
- Must be available to work at least one shift per month with availability to cover on weekends.
- Urgent Care setting with on‑site x‑ray and labs.
- Facility hours:
Monday‑Saturday, 7 a‑7 p;
Sunday 8 a‑2 p. - Self‑schedule with other APPs.
- In‑office procedures: sutures and stable removal, minor wound care, braces & slings for fractures.
- Strong support staff including nurse triage.
- Eligible for overtime. Pay commensurate with experience; may include incentive pay.
Compensation for this role is based on relevant experience, medical specialty, labor market, and other qualifications. The posted pay range reflects SSM Health’s expectations as of the time of posting. SSM Health may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
