- Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program.
- Must have two (2) years of NP or PA experience specifically in urgent care, occupational medicine or primary care.
- Current PA/NP licensure in the State of Illinois.
- Must be available to work at least one (1) shift per month with availability to cover on weekends.
- Urgent Care setting, x-ray and labs on-site.
- Facility
Hours:
Monday-Saturday, 7a-7p;
Sunday 8a-2p. - Self-schedule with other APPs.
- In-office procedures include suturing and stable removal, giving and removing stitches, minor wound care, braces and slings for fractures.
- Strong support staff including nurse triage.
- Eligible for overtime. Pay commensurate with experience.

The posted pay range for this position is what SSM Health reasonably expects, in good faith, to offer based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
This position may also be eligible for incentive pay. SSM Health may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
