Role Responsibilities
- Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding their needs.
- Offer tailored solutions to fit each customer, family, or business.
- Represent our Company and the Cricket brand professionally and courteously.
- Assist with store operations and duties.
- Achieve sales goals and KPIs, which can lead to bonus payments.
Job Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Clear communication skills, positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
- Commitment to excellent customer service, honesty, and integrity.
- Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
- At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong social media presence preferred.
- Reliable transportation and residence within 30 minutes of the store.
- Ability to operate a computer.
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance and adhere to the Team Color policy.
Working Conditions
- Lift up to 10 pounds.
- Bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking.
- Stand for long periods to provide quality customer service.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
