The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for assessing patient specific medications and clinical data to evaluate and monitor safety, efficacy, and pharmacoeconomic optimization opportunities. In this role you may administer medications, monitor clinical data, educate patients, and provide general drug information to the healthcare team. You will work closely with Clinical Pharmacy leadership on projects that improve the quality of care and support your professional growth.
Responsibilities- Assess patient-specific medications and clinical data.
- Evaluate & monitor safety, efficacy, and pharmacoeconomic optimization.
- Administer medications and monitor clinical outcomes.
- Educate patients and provide drug information to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with Clinical Pharmacy leadership on quality improvement projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy OR Pharm
D in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy. - Upon hire:
Washington Pharmacist License.

Pay Range: $69.12 – $109.13 per hour (additional compensation may be available)
