The Chaplain provides professional and competent spiritual care ministry, serving the spiritual, religious, and emotional needs of others in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.

As a member of the healthcare team, the chaplain is directly responsible for the implementation of the mission, values, policies, and procedures of the Department of Spiritual Health Services and the facility in which they serve.

• Master's Degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry or relevant religious studies similarly accepted in chaplaincy board certifying organizations.
• Coursework/Training:
  Four clinical pastoral education units.
• Within 3 years of hire National Chaplain Certification.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
