We are the Korean Women's Association (KWA) in Centralia, WA, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to serving diverse communities. We provide services in senior wellness, in-home care, benefits enrollment, citizenship, affordable housing, and community health navigation.

• Be 18+ years old
• Have reliable personal transportation
• Hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
• Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
• Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check

• High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
• A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills

This position offers flexible scheduling. You may work part‑time or full‑time, choosing your preferred days, times, and locations. No minimum hours are required.
