Speech Language Pathologist – Per Diem

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide diagnostic and therapeutic treatment to patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders, both inpatients and outpatients at Providence Centralia Hospital or via contractual services. Education of staff, patients, and families is emphasized.
ResponsibilitiesProvides diagnostic and therapeutic treatment to patients with speech language or swallowing disorders, both inpatients and outpatients, or those seen through contractual speech/language services. Education of staff, patients, and family is emphasized relative to diagnosed disorders.
Required Qualifications- Master’s Degree from a program approved by the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Washington Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.

Pay Range$44.67 – $69.35 per hour (base pay range; shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities may also be available).
