You will assess functional status, plan therapy, and implement interventions to improve mobility, endurance and pain management, while coordinating with the care team to monitor progress.
Responsibilities include evaluating patients, documenting progress notes, and delivering care within state guidelines. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible full-time candidates.
