As a Pallet Sorter, you’ll get to hand sort pallets within a distribution facility and ensure high levels of safety and cleanliness. This is the perfect role for someone looking to maintain high levels of activity, and it is vital to the success of our customer’s production.

• Hourly Pay $18.00/hr.
• Shift(s) 3rd Shift 5:00pm – 3:30am
• Location Centralia, WA 98531

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand
• Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the distribution center
• Check loads to make sure they are secure
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Coordinate trailer moves within yard management system
• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress
• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly

• High school degree or GED required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills needed
• Ability to work overtime when needed

• Ability to work in extreme conditions: heat, cold, air particulate
• Repetitively adjust body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for entire shifts of varying lengths
• The noise level is dependent on location
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
• Specific vision abilities required: close, distance, color vision
• Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
