Compensation Pay range: $19–$28 per hour (based on experience)
Evening shift differential: +$1 per hourNOC shift differential: +$2 per hour

What You’ll DoAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining dignity and respect

Support resident mobility

Monitor and report changes in condition to the nursing team Accurately take and record vital signs

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and team members

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (State of Washington)
Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
