As a Part Time Sales Manager, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll congratulate new parents and grandparents, introduce our new baby essentials, and help prepare for the first day of school, along with all the big and small moments in parenting. We’re looking for a leader who fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment, values and optimizes skills and talents, and continually educates themselves and their team on product styles, features, and benefits.

Responsibilities include:

• Becoming a product and brand expert to assist families from preemie to size 14
• Welcoming customers and providing assistance with product styles, features, and benefits
• Maintaining a genuine customer focus on the sales floor
• Fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers
• Modeling service standards and omni-channel experience while coaching others
• Leading and executing business focus areas through planning and follow-through
• Performing supervisor responsibilities by driving results and responding to customer concerns
• Using customer feedback to identify opportunities and implement actions to improve results
• Building customer loyalty through company programs
• Providing feedback to store team and raising performance concerns to Store Manager
• Recognizing exceptional performance and supporting store team with Asset Protection

Minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• A positive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation)
• Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and climb ladders
• Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation: $18.25 - $22.25 per hour, based on experience and location.
