Join our team and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz to in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits following Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative‑negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Able to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Able to download and use work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Capable of performing hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location, Olympia, WA (secondary locations: Lacey, WA – Centralia, WA).
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
