Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International. Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers by communicating, building relationships, stocking store shelves, and maintaining displays.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and create promotional displays.
• Conduct in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing pictures of displays.
• Order product (via iPad tablet) to ensure shelf‑stock and display availability.
• Ensure Oreo, Ritz, Bel Vita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Monitor adherence to sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Drive personal vehicle to store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Ready for hard work in a fast‑paced environment, capable of repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Olympia, WA (primary location);
  Lacey, WA as secondary.
• Schedule starts 5:00 am–6:00 am; open availability including weekends and holidays as needed; schedule may change based on business needs.

• Hourly rate: $21.00.
