Cherokee County Health and Rehab is seeking a caring and motivated Nurse who has a passion for the geriatric field.
Schedule & Pay- Full time 7a- 7:30p / 7:00p - 7:30am
- Competitive pay rates!
- $24.00 per hour
- Shift Differential ($3.00 for all hours worked from 3pm-11pm Mon Thu Fri / $4.00 for all hours worked 11p-7a Mon Thu Fri)
- ($3.50 for all hours worked from 3pm-11pm Sat and Sun / $4.50 for all hours worked 11p-7a Sat and Sun)

As an LPN, you will support the Registered Nurse and Physician in the provision of resident care.
Job duties will include (but not limited to) full resident care, Med Pass, electronic documentation, collection of on-going resident response to care, admission and discharge planning, resident/family interaction, and floor supervision.
The LPN works in close collaboration with the RN or a licensed physician as well as the Care Plan Team to evaluate the resident’s plan of care and progress toward goal attainment.
