Become a Key Member of Northern Virginia’s Fast-Growing Real Estate Team as a Real Estate Assistant

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about real estate? We’re seeking a committed Real Estate Assistant to join our vibrant, high-achieving team based in Northern Virginia.

As we prepare to launch with Zillow Flex, we operate from a cutting-edge office and boast one of the largest social media audiences in the DMV area, generating over 10 million monthly views on platforms such as Instagram and You Tube.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide essential administrative support and oversee transaction management for our agents
• Manage listings, update MLS entries, coordinate signage, and organize photography sessions
• Ensure prompt and clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• Arrange showings, inspections, and closing appointments
• Support marketing initiatives, including social media content creation, email campaigns, and CRM maintenance

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
