We are seeking an analytical Accounts Receivable Analyst to serve as the critical gatekeeper for our SaaS billing process. This specialized role sits at the intersection of sales and accounting, auditing contract terms to prevent provisioning errors, diagnosing systemic invoice disputes, and cleaning up contract modifications.

• 
  • Billing Gatekeeper:Audit incoming closed-won contracts against provisioned system tiers to ensure exact alignment between Salesforce (CRM) and the billing platform before invoicing triggers.
• 
  • Dispute Resolution:Own the end-to-end investigation of billing discrepancies, service credits, usage-based calculation disputes, and true-up mismatches.
• 
  • Contract Modifications:Process mid-cycle expansions, contractions, co-terming, and subscription pauses accurately to maintain historical contract values.
• 
  • Root-Cause Analysis:Track dispute trends to identify systemic errors in pricing calculators, product usage data feeds, or sales data entry, presenting fixes to management.

• •3–5 years of experience as an AR Analyst, Billing Analyst, or Contract Specialist in a SaaS organization.
• •Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, conditional logic) for processing large volumes of usage and subscription data.
• •Strong investigative mindset with an affinity for data reconciliation.

• Office setting with a moderate noise level.
• The employee will work at an individual workstation, using a telephone and computer.

• Must be able to remain seated for extended periods.
• Regular use of a computer and other office machinery, such as printers and copy machines.
• Occasional movement around the office.
• Frequent communication via telephone.
