Overview

NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians in the Centreville, VA area. The opportunity includes guaranteed weekly bonus payments totaling up to $800 during the introductory period. No experience is required; paid training is provided.

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you're the backbone of our business. You will receive a competitive base pay plus additional earning potential through weekly bonus payments. The starting base rate is negotiable.

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services — rotations, balancing, and flat repairs — to keep customers  vehicles operating safely.
• Provide best-in-class automotive service with weekly bonus payments tied to every service you perform, in addition to the guaranteed hourly rate.

• Be at least 18 years old; legally authorized to work in the United States; able to work 5 days each week.
• No prior experience required; willingness to learn; motivation by incentives; value reliability, punctuality and teamwork.
