As an Assistant Center Manager, you'll play a pivotal role partnering with your manager to facilitate a high quality educational experience, achieve sales and retention targets, and lead the instruction team.

Responsibilities include:

• Fostering connection with students and their families
• Managing the staff to ensure exceptional instructional services for students
• Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing families
• Communicating student results, celebrating successes, and partnering with parents to ensure their child is making progress
• Demonstrating compassion and care toward students
• Ensuring the center is customer ready at all times, including optimal cleanliness and organization
• Maintaining a culture based on integrity and professionalism

Requirements:

• Exemplary leadership skills and desire to grow with the company
• Affinity for sales/marketing, with a strong focus on building relationships
• Proficiency in computer skills, including GSuite (Docs, Spreadsheets, and Presentations)
• Knowledge of Elementary Mathematics
