Location:

Centreville, VA (relocating to Reston, VA in summer 2026).

About the Role

Grade Level (for internal use): 15. The team is primarily based in Centreville, VA (relocating to Reston, VA in summer 2026). There are four distinct focuses:
Enterprise Financial Analysis, Workforce Planning & Reporting, Capital Management, and Executive Preparation and Communication. This team also manages the FP&A function for the corporate groups and the enterprise-wide allocations approach.

Impact

Reporting to the CFO, you will assess market/business conditions and collaborate across all Mobility businesses to deliver the final budget, estimates, and medium-term plans. You will influence prioritization of enterprise initiatives, capital allocation decisions, and Board & investor communications.

What’s in it for you

Working with the CFO and partnering with the Head of Strategy and FP&A leads for B2C and B2B divisions, you will set strategic direction and team priorities, incorporate perspectives from businesses and functions, work on critical enterprise projects, and execute Board financial communications. Structured engagement models will be managed with stakeholders, and you may be involved in M&A activities. You will work in a global organization operating in 22 countries with offices in APAC, EMEA and North America.

Responsibilities
  • Enterprise forecasting, reporting, and planning activities: evaluate financial performance, monitor progress toward strategic goals, own medium‑to‑long‑term budgeting and estimate reporting, oversee workforce planning and incentive compensation analysis, ensure standardized tools and dashboards, and foster continuous improvement focused on controls and compliance.
  • Finance function and business partnership: provide timely models/analysis, insights and decision support for business leadership; support development of financial and capital strategy in line with business performance and investor expectations; lead collaboration across the finance function.
  • Executive preparation and communication: proactively investigate executive leadership needs, communicate insights/reports to the Board, draft recommendations and structured trade‑off analyses; support investor and earnings communications.
  • Team development: manage upskilling process for potential successors with clear training plans and career paths.
Compensation / Benefits

Anticipated base salary range: $180,100 to $354,000. Final base will depend on geographic location, experience, skill set, training, and certifications. Eligible for an annual incentive plan and additional S&P Global benefits.

What We’re Looking For Basic

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in Finance, Executive Corporate Finance, and/or Accounting positions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or CPA/Chartered Accountant preferred.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry.
Critical Experiences
  • Board‑level reporting experience.
  • Senior position in a global company with multi‑country responsibility and cross‑cultural effectiveness.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding goals and metrics.
  • Ability to design, drive, and pace organizational change.
  • Experience leading through Mergers and Acquisitions and related integration processes.
  • Risk management and governance framework development aligned with the finance function.
