Assisting Hands Home Care is now hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) with hands‑on experience caring for clients affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementia‑related conditions
. Positions are available for weekend shifts in Centreville and surrounding communities, with other shifts and locations open across Manassas and Gainesville.

• Provide quality care and personal assistance for dementia and Alzheimer’s clients
• Support safe transfers, ambulation, and mobility
• Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding
• Offer meaningful companionship and cognitive engagement
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Assist with medication reminders and care documentation
• Maintain safety and a calm environment for all clients

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in Virginia
• Experience with Alzheimer’s and dementia care (all stages)
• Current CPR certification and negative TB screening
• Ability to pass a background check (per VA HCO regulations)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
• Physically able to lift 25 lbs. and provide mobility support
