The Team: The Global Talent Management and Culture team is a cornerstone of S&P Global’s HR Leadership, driving organizational effectiveness and future workforce readiness. Responsibilities and Impact:- Design and implement global talent management and leadership development strategies to identify, develop, and retain high‑potential talent.
- Lead the evolution of performance management frameworks, driving accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Oversee enterprise‑wide workforce and succession planning, ensuring organizational agility and readiness for future growth.
- Champion change management and culture initiatives, supporting the rollout of the enterprise Operating Model and integration processes.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to address talent needs, skills gaps, and foster career progression and mobility.
- Influence cultural alignment and employee engagement during business transformation, including M&A activities.
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $160,269 to $328,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

What We’re Looking For:Basic
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience in a global organization.
- Proven expertise in talent management, leadership development, and culture transformation at scale.
- Experience leading change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed, and global environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with HR technologies and talent analytics.
- Demonstrated success supporting M&A and integration processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance and workforce data.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and risk mitigation.
