ServiceNow Developer

• Configure and customize Service Now applications, including Catalog Items, Flow Designer, and workflows.
• Support the implementation and optimization of the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) module, including resource and financial management.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify priorities, and translate needs into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot development challenges independently within a shared, multi-team platform.

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph (FSP).
• 5+ years of professional Service Now development experience.
• Experience developing within scoped applications and multi-tenant environments.
• Familiarity with Service Now PPM or ITBM modules.
• Prior experience working in secure, high-side federal environments.

• Service Now PPM Implementer certification or related training.
• Familiarity with Service Now AI capabilities and AI-assisted development tools.
• Background in IT infrastructure, networking, fiber systems, or server provisioning.
• Experience serving in a technical lead or development lead capacity.
