ServiceNow Tier II

• Develop, test, and deploy Service Now features across Linux and Windows server environments.
• Create system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
• Automate deployment tasks and system validation using Python, Ansible, Terraform, and Power Shell.
