$65,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program with success
• Work closely alongside sales agents to guide clients toward their ideal homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to refine clients’ home search preferences
• Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
• Allocate a minimum of 10 hours weekly to lead generation efforts
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions as directed by the team
• Participate actively in team events and initiatives following team guidelines
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, continuous training, and Partner Calls
• Keep precise records of all activities and tasks using PLACE Technology

• Strong interpersonal skills with a dedication to client satisfaction
• Energetic, positive, and self-motivated attitude
• Comfortable with frequent driving duties
• Proficient in evaluating client needs and aligning them with suitable properties
• Motivated to learn and develop professionally
• Results-driven with a proven history of achievement
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid real estate license

$65,000 - $90,000 USD annually

This position is commission-based.
