Lead a dedicated retail team, drive sales, and create an exceptional shopping experience for our community. Strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service are essential.

• Supervise retail department operations, including receipt, stocking, pricing, inventorying, storage, transfer, replenishment, warehousing, removal, and salvaging of products.
• Assist customers, resolve complaints, and train staff on product knowledge and customer service.
• Develop and execute promotional sales and coordinate with vendors and other stakeholders.
• Maintain loss prevention protocols and monitor shrinkage and alert lines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, emergency preparedness, and store recovery policies.
• Open, close, and oversee store operations as required, including weekend schedules.
• Perform other related duties as assigned and coach staff for growth and development.

• Two years of experience in a cashier/checker lead or sales clerk lead position.
• Ability to routinely lift 10 pounds and occasionally lift 25 pounds; stand for long periods.

• Prior retail merchandising experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in retail, business administration, or related field with at least two years of specialized experience.
• Current USCG NAF sales clerk lead or cashier/checker lead.
