PAYROLL & BOOKEEPER

Centurion - Pretoria

SALARY: R15 000 Neg CTC

Administration, client payroll management, and senior-level bookkeeping. You will be the technical expert, responsible for full payroll processing and accounting for multiple clients.

Minimum Requirements:

Degree + SAIPA Bookkeeper certification
3–5 years’ experience managing multiple client portfolios
National Diploma in Accounting / Finance (or related field)
Advanced proficiency in Pastel, Sage, Xero
Strong payroll expertise using Pastel Payroll, Sage Payroll, VIP
Full SARS eFiling experience: EMP
201, EMP
501, IRP5
Proven experience handling full-cycle payroll & bookkeeping for diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture transactions, process supplier invoices, and reconcile creditor accounts. Perform bank reconciliations, maintain debtor accounts, and follow up on outstanding payments. Prepare VAT returns, process journals (accruals, prepayments, depreciation), reconcile general ledger accounts, and assist with trial balance preparation. Maintain fixed asset registers, support audit preparations, and handle ad hoc financial administration.
