Senior Financial Accountant

This is a hands-on Senior Financial Accountant role for someone who wants more than ticking and tying you’ll have real ownership across the finance function and play a key role in strengthening processes as the business grows.

• Take ownership of the full financial accounting function
• Drive month-end close and management reporting
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage debtors, creditors and cash flow
• Oversee VAT and statutory compliance
• Analyse financial performance and variances
• Assist with budgets, forecasts and financial planning
• Strengthen financial controls and processes
• Support annual financial statements and external audits
• Provide commercial insights to management

• BCom Accounting / Finance
• 4–6 years’ relevant financial accounting experience
• Strong full-function accounting exposure
• Solid month-end and management reporting experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• ERP/accounting system experience
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable taking ownership and working in a growing business
