Articles Clerk: School Of Accounting

Telkom's School of Accounting is offering an Articles Clerk position to provide practical exposure in the financial domain, meeting SAICA's prescribed 3-year training objectives. The clerk will gain exposure in Technical Accounting, Statutory Accounting and Reporting, Internal Audit, Treasury, Taxation, and Business Planning per the SAICA training framework.

• Ttend all Telkom School of Accounting meetings, trainings, and workshops
• Fully participate and cooperate on each rotation
• Perform SAICA reviews and assessments on time
• Gain on-the-job exposure in Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, and Internal Audit
• Submit documentation for assessment and act on feedback
• Archive SAICA competencies within the allocated training period
• Adhere to legislation, HR policies, and company procedures

• NQF 8: 4-year Bachelor's Degree or Honours/Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting
• CTA/SAICA-accredited Honours Degree in Accounting or Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting Science
• No prior experience required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Conscientious, dedicated, punctual, and adaptable
• Willingness to comply with SAICA training regulations and company policies
