Our client, in the Medical Equipment Sales Industry, is looking for a Sales and Administration Assistant to join their team in Centurion. This role plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the company’s sales and administrative function. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between customers, suppliers and internal teams, to maintain the company’s high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and compliance with ISO quality management systems.
Required Qualifications & Working Knowledge:
- Matric
- Valid license and own vehicle
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of graphic editions or documents design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Acrobat, or Publisher)
- Working understanding of social media platforms (Linked In, Facebook, and Instagram) for marketing purposes
Sales Support
:
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries
- Prepare and issue quotations, sales proposals, and order confirmations
- Search and complete online quotes
- Communicate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate supplier and customer databases
- Assist Sales Team with reporting, pipeline tracking and performance summaries
:
- Maintain organized filing systems in accordance with ISO 13485:2016 document control requirements
- Prepare and compile compliance documents for tenders, regulatory submissions and quality audits
- Assist in maintaining supplier qualification files and customer records
- Manage office supplies, stationary orders, and courier dispatch samples or documents
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements and needed
- Create media and marketing files as required
- Support management with administrative tasks and reporting as neede

- Provide professional and friendly assistance to healthcare professionals and customers
- Handle product queries, delivery updates, and customer feedback
- Assist in the coordination of product returns, warranty claims, and service requirements according to company procedures
- Accuracy and timelines of order and quotation processing
- Customer satisfaction and feedback quality
- Compliance with ISO 13485:2016 documentation and filing standards
- Internal team support efficiency and responsiveness
- Contribution to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
