We are seeking a detail-oriented payroll clerk with 7 plus years of SAP payroll experience to support our payroll operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely salary payments across the organization.

Requirements
• 7–8 years of payroll experience paying 600 plus employees
• Proficiency in SAP Payroll system

Key Responsibilities
• Familiarity with Spinifex reporting tools
• Process weekly employee payments and wage deductions
• Capture and verify hours worked
• Audit payroll data and make necessary adjustments
• Upload bank files and distribute payslips
• Resolve payroll queries promptly
• Handle payments for labour companies and staff loansSkills
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Respond to general payroll-related inquiries

Payroll experience minimum of 6 years

SAP experience of minimum of 5 years

• Weekly payment to employees and payment relating to wage deductions.
• Receive and capture hours worked.
• Check the payroll, and adjust if necessary.
• Upload bank file.
• Make payslips available to supervisors.
• Attend to all queries before the next payroll.
• Processing and payment of labor companies' invoices.
• Attend to general inquiries
• Processing and payment of loans.
• To assist in the payment of staff salaries
