Amka Products (Pty) Ltd, a leading FMCG manufacturer, is looking for an experienced SAP payroll clerk / specialist to join our team.

Essential Requirements:

- Grade 12 (Matric)- Minimum 5 years' payroll experience in a medium to large company (500 employees)- SAP Payroll experience: 5 years
- Experience processing payroll in a corporate environment

Key Responsibilities:

- Process weekly payroll and deductions
- Capture and verify hours worked
- Process payroll adjustments
- Upload bank payment files
- Distribute payslips
- Resolve payroll queries
- Process labour broker invoices and staff loans

Amka Products (Pty) Ltd, a leading FMCG manufacturing company based in Centurion, Gauteng, is recruiting for a Payroll Clerk. This position was previously on hold, but due to recent organisational growth, it has now become a priority hire.

• Grade 12 (Matric)

Process weekly employee payroll and wage deductions

Capture and verify hours worked

Review and process payroll adjustments

Upload bank payment files

Distribute payslips to supervisors

Resolve payroll queries before the next payroll cycle

Process and pay labour broker invoices

Process staff loan payments
