About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Business Analyst Trainee to join their operations in Centurion . This role is ideal for individuals with a keen analytical mind and an interest in understanding business processes and requirements. You will work closely with senior analysts and project teams, learning to gather, document, and analyze business needs to support the development of effective solutions.

This is a hands‑on learning experience designed to build a strong foundation in business analysis principles and practices within a corporate setting. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders through interviews and workshops.
• Support the creation of process flows, use cases, and other analytical documentation.
• Help analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss project progress and requirements.
• Assist in testing and validating developed solutions against business requirements.
• Learn to utilize various business analysis tools and methodologies.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.

• An annual trainee salary of R90,000.
