About the Role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and results-oriented Business Process Consultant to join their team based in Centurion . This role is critical for optimizing how the business operates, ensuring maximum efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across various departments. You will be responsible for analyzing existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and designing streamlined processes that align with the company's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities- Map current business processes using standard methodologies and tools (e.g., BPMN).
- Analyze process performance, identify inefficiencies, and quantify improvement opportunities.
- Design and document optimized future-state processes, focusing on simplification and automation.
- Develop implementation plans for process changes, collaborating with operational teams to ensure smooth transitions.
- Train staff on new processes and procedures, ensuring effective adoption and adherence.
- Monitor implemented processes to ensure sustained performance and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in business process analysis , re-engineering, or operational improvement.
- Proficiency in process mapping software and data analysis techniques.
- Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
