Our client, a premier management consulting firm, is looking for an experienced Principal Management Consultant specializing in Operations to contribute to their strategic initiatives in Centurion, Gauteng . You will be responsible for leading operational improvement projects, optimizing supply chains, and driving efficiency for a diverse portfolio of clients. This senior role offers the chance to shape client strategies, mentor a team of consultants, and make a significant impact on business performance, leveraging your deep expertise in operational excellence and strategic problem-solving.

• Lead the design and implementation of operational strategy and improvement initiatives for clients.
• Conduct comprehensive operational assessments, identifying bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve resilience.
• Manage client relationships at the C-suite level, acting as a trusted advisor on operational matters.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• MBA or Master's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations consulting or senior operational management roles.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale operational transformation projects.
• Expert knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, supply chain management, and process re-engineering methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills for work in Centurion .
