• Conduct in-depth analysis of client business operations, identifying areas for improvement and strategic development.
• Develop and present comprehensive business cases, strategic roadmaps, and implementation plans to senior stakeholders.
• Lead project teams in the execution of change management initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, build consensus, and drive decision-making.
• Provide expert advice on best practices in operational efficiency, organizational design, and digital transformation.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Contribute to the development of our client's intellectual capital and service offerings.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their professional development.

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting or a similar strategic advisory role.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering large-scale business transformation projects.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and process mapping tools.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Proven experience in client relationship management and business development.
