PSG Insure is currently recruiting for a Compliance Officer position. Reporting to the Head:

Compliance, you will overall be responsible for the implementation of relevant legislation regulations and to drive quality assurance and compliance adherenceon the PSG Admin platform and adviser offices.

Responsibilities:

• Deal with Ombud mattersdirect complaints and binder complaints
• Keeping the complaintregister up to date and ensuring that complaints are dealt with withintimeframes as per compliance policy
• Monthly and quarterlycomplaints reporting to PSG Insure and PSG Admin
• Maintain the Key Individual/representative register
• Review and resolve Fit and Proper queries
• Regular interaction withall stakeholders in the business, including intermediaries
• Conduct and report on compliance audits at Adviser offices and Insure Platform
• Identify potential compliance breaches and investigate compliance irregularities or areas ofconcern
• Assistance with complianceprojects
• Aligning to all TCFprinciples
• Assistance with regulatoryinformation submissions
• Staying abreast of developments in the regulatory environment and presenting ad hoc training and information sessions for staff
• Regular feedback and updates of developments to the Board, management and staff
• Attend to preparation,timeous circulation of all board reports and minutes with keen attention to detail required
• Ensuring that best practice in terms of corporate governance, and ensuring the implementation of King and other statutory and regulatory requirements for the Board
• Feedback and updates ofthe status of compliance in the business as a whole
• Assist Compliance Manager with ad hoc requests and assistance to non-executive directors of the Board
• Relevant qualificationsuch as B Com Law or equivalent
• Must be a registered andFSCA Compliance Officer In the possession of all appropriate SAIFMCompliance certification
• Knowledge of FICA, FAISand relevant legislation, regulations and rules
• 2 years’ relevant experience
• Short-term insurance experience requirement
