Graduate, Construction, Civil Engineering

This programme is designed to equip recent graduates with practical experience in analyzing and enhancing the performance of South Africa's construction industry. Participants will engage in activities that support the cidb's mission to promote a transformed, innovative, and thriving construction sector.

• Analyze industry performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Assist in developing strategies to enhance industry efficiency and competitiveness
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement performance improvement initiatives
• Conduct research on best practices and innovative approaches in the construction sector
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
• Support the monitoring and evaluation of industry performance against established benchmarks

• Postgraduate (NQF
  8) degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to travel and adapt to dynamic work environments
• Must be a South African citizen or permanent resident with a valid South African
