Construction Project Manager; PrCPM

This is a full-time, on-site and office position for a Construction Project Manager (PrCPM) based in Centurion and relocation is possible. The role involves managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating project teams, overseeing construction activities, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards. The role requires effective collaboration with stakeholders, preparation of progress reports, risk assessment, and application of best practices in construction project management.

• Expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Proficiency in Project Coordination and Project Management techniques
• Strong Budgeting skills, including cost estimation and financial tracking
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Professional registration as a PrCPM
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex and large-scale projects
