About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee critical infrastructure projects in Centurion . This role demands a leader capable of managing all phases of project life cycles, from initial planning and design to execution, monitoring, and closure. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

- Manage all aspects of civil engineering projects, including scope, budget, schedule, and quality control.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Liaise with clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide detailed progress reports to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on civil infrastructure.
- Professional certification (e.g., Pr CPM, PMP) is an advantage.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex civil projects on schedule and within budget.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
