About the Role

Our client seeks a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join their dynamic team in Centurion , focusing on critical construction projects. You will be responsible for the structural design, analysis, and integrity of buildings and infrastructure, ensuring safety and compliance with all relevant codes and standards. This role requires a meticulous approach to problem-solving, innovative design solutions, and close collaboration with architects, construction managers, and site teams to bring complex structural plans to fruition.

Your expertise will be vital in delivering robust and reliable construction outcomes.

• Perform structural analysis and design for various construction projects using advanced engineering software.
• Develop detailed structural drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate structural designs into overall project plans.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to structural design specifications.
• Review shop drawings and respond to site queries from contractors and construction teams.
• Ensure all designs comply with national building codes, standards, and regulations.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA or eligibility.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering for construction.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP
  2000, ETABS, Revit Structure).
• Strong knowledge of materials science, construction methods, and relevant building codes.
