Construction Manager/ Foreman, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Remote Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, all while working remotely. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a deep understanding of construction management principles, and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders virtually. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, leveraging technology to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
This is a unique opportunity to shape construction outcomes without the need for physical presence on site, supporting projects across various locations but based out of Centurion , operating in a fully remote capacity.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with remote project teams, clients, architects, and subcontractors.
- Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, reports, and change orders.
- Utilize project management software and collaboration tools to maintain project visibility and control.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for virtual team management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and financial management.
