Construction Project Manager; Remote

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join their innovative team, working remotely with a focus on projects located in and around Centurion. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, management, and financial control of construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, managing all stakeholders remotely.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and closeout.
• Manage project finances, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, primarily through digital platforms.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively to ensure project success and minimize disruption.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects remotely using digital collaboration tools and project management software.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contract management, and risk assessment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
