Construction Project Manager

Our client seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager for their operations in Centurion . You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, from planning and design to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of construction processes, and excellent stakeholder management skills. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

This is a vital position contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects.

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management.
