Lead Graphic Designer

Our client, a prominent agency in Centurion , is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Graphic Designer to spearhead their creative output. You will be responsible for overseeing the design direction of client projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful visuals that meet and exceed client expectations.

The Lead Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in mentoring junior designers, fostering a collaborative creative environment, and upholding the agency's reputation for excellence in the competitive Gauteng market.

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual design solutions for a diverse range of client projects, including branding, marketing collateral, digital assets, and more.
• Provide strong art direction and constructive feedback to a team of graphic designers, fostering their professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with account managers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure creative concepts are aligned with client objectives and project briefs.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for the design team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.

• A minimum of 7 years of professional graphic design experience, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design capabilities, particularly in branding and digital design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals.
