Event Coordinator, Creative Arts​/Media

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Event Coordinator to join their vibrant team in Centurion . This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, from corporate functions to social gatherings, ensuring they run seamlessly and meet client objectives. You will manage all aspects of event production, including logistics, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site execution.

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual, and transportation.
• Develop event timelines, manage budgets, and negotiate with vendors to secure best pricing and services.
• Create engaging event programs and manage attendee registration and communication.
• Oversee on-site event execution, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events and achieve attendance goals.

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar event management role.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
