Hello Group in South Africa seeks a dedicated, African language–specific Customer Service Consultant to join our Call Centre Department. The ideal candidate must be fluent in at least one African language (e.g., Sesotho, Tsonga) to support our diverse customer base.
The Customer Service Consultant will manage inbound/outbound calls, handle inquiries, verify and request source-of-funds documents, and accurately capture details into the bank’s ticketing system.
