Support Centre Consultant: Irrigation

Agrinet is seeking a Support Centre Consultant:
Irrigation to provide first-tier telephonic support to customers, assist with technical irrigation product enquiries and orders, generate sales, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient first-tier telephone support and excellent customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries, orders, quotations and follow-ups accurately and timeously.
• Generate sales through outbound calls, promotions and customer engagement.
• Provide technical advice on pumps, engines and irrigation systems.
• Process orders and quotations on the ERP system and maintain accurate customer records on CRM.
• Liaise with relevant departments to resolve customer queries and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Agrinet products, pricing and promotions.
• Manage customer emails, documentation and filing.
• Meet monthly sales and call-performance targets.
• Take ownership of customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
