Clicks Group Limited is looking for a Service Advisor at a Clicks Store in Centurion to ensure fast, friendly customer service and effective POS operations. You will manage stock, cash handling and housekeeping while directing shop assistants to uphold service standards.
You will train staff, ensure staffing levels, resolve customer queries, promote the Clicks clubcard, and maintain knowledge of products and promotions to inform customers accurately.
