Here is what you will be doing:

  • Lead and deliver architectural discipline involvement across data centre projects, ensuring effective coordination and quality outcomes
  • Develop comprehensive design solutions for data centre infrastructure, including detailed calculations, technical drawings, and engineering reports
  • Conduct thorough design reviews and ensure compliance with design briefs, technical specifications, and industry standards
  • Manage design coordination across architecture and cross-disciplinary teams to ensure integrated and cohesive solutions
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, providing guidance on design methodologies and best practices
  • Independently execute all tasks necessary to complete design works, from concept through to detailed documentation and construction administration
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including technical specifications, construction drawings, and as-built records
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to communicate design intent and resolve technical queries
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and data centre industry standards
  • Participate in project planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of design outputs

    Review and approve construction activities to ensure adherence to approved designs and quality standards
Qualifications
  • BArch or BSc in Architecture.
  • Over 8 years experience as an Architect
  • Registered as a full Professional Architect (SACAP)
