About the Role

Our client is looking for an accomplished Project Architect to lead significant projects from inception to completion within their Centurion office. This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record in managing architectural projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design standards. You will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Oversee all phases of architectural projects, including planning, design, documentation, and construction administration.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate and lead project teams, including consultants, engineers, and contractors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, standards, and contractual obligations.
• Champion sustainable design practices and innovative architectural solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

• Registered Professional Architect (Pr. Arch) with SACAP.
• At least 10 years of post-graduate experience in architectural practice.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, large-scale architectural projects.
• Expertise in Revit , AutoCAD, and project management software.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and contract administration in Centurion .
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.
